1973 The business was Mike's Moving & Storage and held as a DBA for Northridge Moving & Storage.
1974 Roger Babbitt went to work for Mike until 1976 as a Cartwright Operator.
1976 Roger became an Operator with Atlas Van Lines.
1981 Roger bought out Mike and the business officially changed to Northridge Moving & Storage. Started with 1,200 sq ft of warehouse space (which has now grown to 43,000 sqft).
1984 Roger became an Atlas Van Lines Agent.
1988 Roger became an Atlas Van Lines stockholder
1992 Northridge Moving & Storage moved to Simi Valley.
1993 Opened our second location in Oxnard. The company, formerly known as Tennis Moving & Storage, was purchased adding 30,000 sq ft of warehouse space. The name was changed to Northridge Moving & Storage.
2004 DBA as NMS Moving Systems, Inc. was pulled for both the Simi Valley and Oxnard location.
